Waitlist privacy notice

Last updated: 19 October 2026 · version waitlist-v2

Who manages your data

The waitlist is managed by Samuele Salis. For information, to withdraw consent or to make a request about your data, email info@skedly.it.

What we collect and why

We collect your email address, your selected operating system, your optional use case, the page language, and the date and version of your signup. If campaign parameters (UTM) are included in the link, we also keep them to understand which content led to your signup. We do not collect WhatsApp messages, address books or login credentials through this page.

How we use your data

With your consent, we use your email to share updates about the development, availability and launch of skedly. Your device preference and use case help us understand interest in the product. Providing your information is optional; without your email, we cannot notify you. We do not sell your details or use them to promote unrelated products.

Services used and retention

Your data is stored in the site’s database, hosted on Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. When email sending is enabled, we use Resend for welcome emails and updates. Resend receives your email address and the message content. We also store the sending status and message identifier to check the outcome and avoid duplicates. Access to the records is restricted to the operator. Signups are kept for as long as needed for launch updates, up to a maximum of 12 months or until you withdraw consent. This landing page does not install advertising or profiling tools; the hosting platform may use technical tools to operate and secure the site.

Your choices

You can withdraw consent and request access to, correction or deletion of your data by emailing the address above. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before that point. You can also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Joining the waitlist does not involve a purchase or subscription.
